Tom Umstattd, CPA
Tom has been in public accounting since 1980 when he received a B.B.A. in accounting from the University of Texas at Austin. He became certified in 1983 and began his own accounting firm. After working 5 years in Houston, this native Austinite returned home. His memberships include: American Institute of CPAs, Texas Society of CPAs, Austin Chapter of TSCPA, president of VPCI www.VPCI.net, serves on other boards, committed believer, church member, co-founder of the Austin Rhetoric Club www.AustinRhetoricClub.org and happily married to Ginger since 1979 with 5 children.
Rob Walker, CPA
Rob has been a consultant with us since 1990, but in August 2002, he relocated to office with us. He is a licensed C.P.A. in Texas, California, Washington, D.C., and Minnesota. He earned his B.A. at Rice University, his M.B.A. at Stanford University, and his Ph.D. at the University of Texas. Rob specializes in the taxation of individuals with international tax issues, estates, gifts, trusts, partnerships, retirement community residents, and portfolio management. Karen Turner
Karen joined our firm in March 2010. She now serves as office manager. Karen organizes and manages all areas of the office as well as bookkeeping and records management. She is currently pursuing her accounting degree through online course studies.
Cynthia Umstattd
After working as an intern here for several years, at the end of 2010 Cynthia began serving as an accounting clerk. She prepares tax returns as well as keeping books. She earned her B.B.A. in accounting from the University of Mary-Hardin Baylor in July of 2010.
Daniel Kraus
Daniel worked as an intern and is now with us full time after receiving his accounting B.B.A. from Mary-Hardin Baylor.
Gail Gee
Gail received a B.B.A. in accounting from Eastern Illinois University in 1980, and an M.B.A. from the University of Phoenix. Gail works part-time as a consultant.
Tracy Henkel
Tracy joined the organization in May of 2009 as an intern. She now works as an administrative assistant and works mostly in data entry and processing. She is pursuing her degree in Psychology and works part-time.
